This week you will notice one thing that seems to be missing (for the most part) from our menu... dairy :(. At Caroline's one month appointment her pediatrician and I came to conclusion that she has colic. One of the things that has been studied and seems to help colic some is giving up dairy if breastfeeding. I am willing to try anything and everything to help our little girl feel better so needless to say, I am trying very hard to not eat dairy. So some meals (pizza) will still be eaten by Brian and Mason while I eat something else that night. Hopefully this will help Caroline feel better and scream/cry less!!

MMMM! Mahi Mahi sounds delicious!
I hope the dairy free diet works! We thought Quinn had a milk protein allergy (thankfully he didn't) and boy was it hard to cut all of it out of my diet. You deserve a super mom award ;)
Poor Caroline:( And poor you since I know you're a cheese lover like me! Hope that's the trick. Your menu looks fabulous as always...I need to start doing this link up because I'm shopping EVERY FREAKIN DAY:( Miss you and look forward to seeing you soon!
