First, the Mexican Stuffed Shells were amazing! And we actually had them for leftovers one night as well.
On the menu this week....
Monday: Chicken and Cheese Crescents (I use my mom's recipe but here is a similar one), vegetable
Tuesday: Baked Potato and Tomato Basil Soup
Wednesday: Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken served over Rice
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Pizza Night.
Saturday: Stir fry (we ended up not having it last week)
Sunday: Easter Dinner at my parents
Now I need help friends.. One of Brian's favorite things is pork chops. Any good recipes? I feel like a bad wife because I never make them for him so I'm in search of a good recipe!

I love to put a little Lowry's Seasoning on pork chops and grill them. Remember that a little goes a long way!
This is my favorite way to prepare pork chops. We serve them with mashed potatoes and I ALWAYS double the "sauce" so there is extra to spoon over the chops and potatoes. I've made this for years and they are just delicious. http://www.food.com/recipe/loveless-cafes-braised-pork-chops-209317
I made the Skinny Taste garlic lime pork chops and they were really good! I added more spices to the marinate & way more garlic than it called for. I think I used more lime juice too. But the basic recipe was the same!
I also love to get the thin breakfast chops, rub a little olive oik on them, season them up (typically with Cavendars, pepper, salt, and garlic power, and just bake them. Super easy and really yummy!
Ohh, all that sounds so yummy! I love these posts that you are doing every Monday, and it has motivated me to keep better track of my weekly menu!
One of our favorite ways to do pork chops is with italien bread crumbs and cook in a little oil in a skillet. We also love them on the grill with some bbq sauce. We eat pork chops almost once a week, and Costco has the best, and thickest bone-in chops around! It's about $15-$17 dollars for 12-15 chops. :)
Lynsey, you have inspired me to start planning meals and join Menu-Monday. :)
I'm going back to last week's post to Pin the Mexican Stuffed Shells! I thought they would be good. I'm definitely making those instead of regular stuffed shells. Sounds like a great week.
