Belward Wedding Events

This past Saturday, I had the honor of standing by my best friend, Colleen, as she married the man who makes her complete. My first time as a matron of honor!! Colleen and Keith are two of the best people I know. Their laughter and love for life are contagious.

The events started on Thursday as Jennifer and I headed to Greensboro to help Colleen finish up last minute items. Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan had dinner for us and it was simply delicious. We had a great time and then headed back to Winston for a good nights rest before a busy Friday.
The bridesmaid luncheon was held Friday at Liberty Oak. We all enjoyed each others company and had great "girl time". While we are at the luncheon, the boys were off play paintball. After the luncheon, Jennifer and I headed back to Winston, once again, to get ready for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. The rehearsal dinner theme was "Dinner and Denim". We loved being able to wear jeans, what a nice treat. It was a busy Friday but everything went smoothly and everyone had a great time! Jennifer, Brian and I headed back to Winston after the rehearsal dinner, since we all all three dogs at our house. It was nice to get back and get some rest before the big day!
We started off the big day at the salon. While we were there, Keith surprised Colleen with flowers and her favorite candy, Jr. Mints. We arrived at the church a little late but everything went off without a hitch. It was a truly beautiful ceremony and an amazing reception. Colleen looked absolutely stunning! The only thing missing from the wedding was Jessica. She is currently deployed and serving our country. We missed you Jess! And now, I'll just let the pictures do the rest of the talking... We hope you have a wonderful time in Mexico, Mr. and Mrs. Belward!!!
