Fall TV

One of the many things I love about fall is the return of all our favorite TV shows as well as getting hooked on some new ones. Tonight is the season premiere of The Biggest Loser. I think by now we all know my love for this show. This season 16 contestants get their second chance at a new lease on life.

Just a short preview: "Their individual stories are compelling, from a firefighter (Allen Smith) whose health and job are at risk because of his weight to a military wife and mother of four (Tracey Yukich) who has always put others first. Viewers will also meet a remarkable woman (Abby Rike) who endured the worst tragedy imaginable – losing her husband and two children in a deadly car crash – and who now gets a second chance to restart her life." - nbc.com

Two contestants are from North Carolina... Daniel (who you might remember from last season) and Antonie.

And Liz might be a personal favorite as she is from Chapel Hill, TN.. which is just down the road from where Brian grew up. I can't wait for the season premiere tonight. I am sure it will be a tear jerker.

With Grey's and Castle starting next week and Glee on Wednesday nights, my DVR will be in overdrive.

Seriously, is anyone else addicted to Glee? Perhaps I am just a big nerd but I love it.
